Terms of Service

OSMARA by TradeFlow is operated by:

"OSMARA" and "TradeFlow" are product and brand names. The contracting party under these terms is ERYNTO LLC. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean ERYNTO LLC; references to "you" mean the person or organisation using OSMARA.

OSMARA is an informational, data and research service. It collects publicly available market information — principally disclosures filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) — and presents it in a structured, searchable form, together with labels, summaries and other enrichment produced by OSMARA.

OSMARA is not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, portfolio manager or fiduciary, and nothing in the service is personalized investment, legal, accounting or tax advice. This is set out in full in our Financial Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

You need an account to use most of OSMARA. You agree to provide accurate registration information, to keep your credentials confidential, and to be responsible for activity that takes place under your account.

• One account is for one user. Do not share credentials or allow others to use your account.
• Tell us promptly at info@erynto.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
• We may suspend or close an account that is being used in breach of these terms, and will tell you why where we reasonably can.

You may close your account at any time. Closing an account does not by itself entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

OSMARA offers a Free tier and a paid subscription, OSMARA Pro. Free access does not require payment and is not a trial. Pro unlocks additional data depth and features, which we describe on our pricing pages at the time you subscribe.

• OSMARA Pro is currently offered as a recurring subscription billed either monthly or annually, according to the billing interval you select.
• Displayed prices may be subject to applicable taxes or VAT, which are calculated and shown at checkout where they apply.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, at the then-current price for your plan, until you cancel it.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
• Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not shorten the period you have already paid for: your Pro access continues until the end of that period.

We may change prices or plan contents. Where a change affects a subscription you already hold, it takes effect from your next renewal, and we will give you reasonable notice beforehand so that you can cancel if you do not wish to continue.

Subscriptions and payments are generally non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this section.

You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl, bulk-download, mirror, resell, redistribute or republish OSMARA's presentation, structuring, labels or enrichment at scale, whether manually or by automated means;
• use OSMARA to build or train a competing dataset or product from our processed output;
• circumvent access controls, rate limits, paywalls or authentication, or use another user's account;
• attempt to interfere with, overload, probe or disrupt the service or its infrastructure;
• use OSMARA in a way that breaks applicable law, including securities and market-abuse law.

Underlying SEC filings are public records and nothing here restricts your use of those public records obtained from their original source. What this section protects is OSMARA's own work: the structuring, classification, summarisation and presentation layered on top of them.

Normal individual use of the product — reading, searching, exporting for your own analysis where the product offers it — is expected and permitted.

OSMARA, its software, design, and its structured and enriched output are owned by ERYNTO LLC or its licensors. Subject to these terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the service. No other rights are granted.

We aim to keep OSMARA available and current, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Access may be interrupted by maintenance, upstream failures, or events outside our control, and data may be delayed, incomplete or corrected as source records change.

OSMARA is under active development. We may add, change, or remove features. Where we withdraw a material paid feature during a period you have paid for, contact us at info@erynto.com and we will deal with it fairly.

OSMARA depends on third parties, including the SEC as the source of filing data, Stripe for payments, Supabase for authentication and data storage, and our hosting infrastructure. Their availability and accuracy are outside our control, and their own terms apply to their services.

SEC filings are the source of record. Where OSMARA reproduces filing information it links back to the original document on sec.gov. Where our reproduction and the original differ, the original governs. OSMARA is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the SEC.

OSMARA is provided for informational purposes. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for investment losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service or its data.

Where we are found liable to you in connection with the service, and to the extent applicable law permits a limit, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for OSMARA in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited — including liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and any liability under mandatory consumer protection law that applies to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of New Mexico have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.

If you use OSMARA as a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and it does not remove any right you have to bring proceedings in your local courts where the law of your country gives you that right. Mandatory consumer protections that apply to you always take precedence over any conflicting term in this agreement.

Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us at info@erynto.com. Most issues are resolved quickly that way.

We may update these terms. The version and date at the top of this page always identify the current text. Where a change is material and affects you, we will give reasonable notice — by email or in the application — before it takes effect. Continuing to use OSMARA after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms; if you do not, you can stop using the service and cancel your subscription.
